What is a podcast?
A podcast is like a radio or TV show, except on the internet. It is an audio or video program that is available for download, streaming, and subscribing. Most podcasts are released as mp3 files or in other audio formats that can be easily downloaded to your computer or portable audio player.
How do I listen to a podcast?
There are several ways to listen to a podcast – the best is via this player, which also has download and subscribe options, including to iTunes/Apple Podcasts.

Subscribe via Apple Podcasts
Apple’s iTunes media player is available for Macs and PCs and is the easiest way to find, subscribe and listen to podcasts such as The Spokesmen. Apple offers excellent instructions for Mac or Windows.
Download to Your Computer
You can choose to download The Spokesmen straight to your computer so that you can listen to it at a later date. To do so, simply right-click where it says “Listen to and/or Download the MP3” “Download Linked File As . . . ” (on a PC) or “Save Link As . . .” (on a Mac). The file will download to your computer’s hard drive. Once the download is complete, click the file and you can listen to the podcast.
