I have got to learn when to shut up!
Thanks again guys for another great conversation.
Hey Spokesmen,
Great stuff. This is the first time I listened in, and I’ll definitely be coming back to hear more.
Also, thanks for mentioning Rant Your Head Off. Most appreciated.

Put a sock in it, Tim.
Does that need an English to US English translation just like p*sstake and Heath Robinson?
Okay . . . for you Yanks, here are some translations:
Heath Robinson is sort of like Rube Goldberg. Learn about them here:

A p*sstake is a mockery, satire or parody. Learn about it here:

This is the podcast I’ve been looking for. I don’t know how NPR doesn’t pick you guys up.
Great podcast!!
Something that a bunch of us enjoyed over at Podiumcafe.com was the Amgen web coverage. This has not had a lot of attention given to it, obviously most of those covering the race were at the race. It was a unique way to be able to watch live coverage of the whole race as it happened. It would be great to see this picked up for all of the major US races.
Again great jon and thanks for all the hard work.
Just on your tips section.
Here is a really strange one from Australia that works!!!
Australian banknotes are made from this tough plastic. It bends and folds, but try to push through it, and it is tough.
It makes a great emergency type patch!!! And its re-usable
If I get a hole in the tyre, I insert a $5 note in between the tube and the tyre. I can pump the tyre right up, and still get home.
So if you are ever in Australia, get some $5 notes!!!
